Smart Money
Frequently Asked Questions >>
Q. What personalisation and corporate branding can I include?
A. There are two personalisation areas on the front cover. Typically our clients include their corporate logo and business name on the front cover page header. You can also include a photograph (if required). Your contact details and regulatory statement appear prominently on the front cover in the page footer, although if you wish you can include your contact details within the page header personalisation area.
Q. Can we change the Smart Money name on the page header and include our own corporate magazine name title?
A. Yes, there is no additional charge for this name change.
Q. Will you permit the inclusion of our own editorial inside Smart Money magazine?
A. Yes, however if you want to include your own editorial content inside Smart Money magazine, we would treat this as a bespoke service. There is a minimum print run for this option, which is available on request.
Q. On the front cover, can we include our personalised details printed in our corporate colours?
A. Yes, your personalisation, logo and branding are printed in your own corporate colours, which means that every issue of Smart Money magazine is consistent with your other marketing. There is no additional charge for this colour personalisation.
Q. Can we include our own photographic imagery within the personalisation area?
A. Yes, subject to supplying the required technical specification for the imagery. There is no additional charge for the inclusion of your own photographic imagery.
Q. In what file format do you require us to supply our logo to personalise the front cover?
A. We prefer to be supplied with an EPS file, which is a standard format for importing and exporting PostScript files, or a PDF (300 dpi or higher).
Q. How do we approve our personalisation artwork?
A. We email a PDF proof of your personalisation artwork. You can request further changes and each time we re-supply another proof. Once you are happy with your artwork personalisation you sign-off the proof. This artwork is used for all future orders unless you require any further amendments.
Q. How much does Smart Money magazine cost?
A. The cost depends on the quantity of personalised magazines you order. The larger the order, the lower the price of each magazine copy. There are no courier and packaging costs, unless we have to deliver to Northern Ireland. Contact our sales team for a quote.
Q. Do we have to sign an agreement?
A. No, you can make a single one-off purchase. However, to experience the greatest success, as with any form of marketing, Smart Money magazine should be sent to your business audiences on a regular basis as part of a coordinated marketing approach. We offer the facility to spread payments monthly, which will help improve your cashflow position as it means you don't have to pay larger amounts in advance every time you order. Our flexible, rolling 12-month agreement is the preferred choice used by the majority of our clients looking to keep their costs to a minimum by spreading payments.
Q. If we spread our payments monthly for Smart Money magazine, how do we pay?
A. We use Direct Debit, which is a well-established and trusted payment method. Under the terms of the Direct Debit Guarantee, you are protected in the event of a collection error and will receive a full and immediate refund from your bank. Unlike other payment methods, Direct Debit is easy to set up or amend if you wish to make changes to your order quantity or frequency. This is not a credit agreement and we do not charge extra for this facility.
