Right from the start, we had numerous fact finding discussions which enabled us to create a web design brief document explaining the entire process. This comprehensive and detailed document served as the point of reference for both parties to ensure we delivered the website our client required and to make sure we were both on the same wavelength throughout the design and build.
Working from the web design brief document, we considered each element in great detail, and our editorial team commenced the process of writing the site editorial draft with search engine optimisation (SEO) very much part of the brief. Once signed off our web development team created the site map and navigational structure based on an intuitive layout to ensure that each user had a great experience.
Working in conjunction with our creative team, visual concepts including infographics were provided to the client based on their existing brand and trading style, and from these we commenced work on a live test site which enabled the client to get a sense of the site functionality.
Once the site had been approved by the client, the editorial was rewritten to include Japanese or modern Chinese translation. Translation buttons were added enabling the user to click on a button (flag) to display their chosen language.
